Atlantico Advisers is the acquisition entity of Fernando Bernardo and Brennan Duty
Fernando & Brennan have been committed to each other for 18 years and always envisioned to own and entrepreneur a business together.
Growing careers in Fortune 500 companies for over 15 years + founding companies + pursuing an MBA at Cornell University together culminate in our readiness to do acquisition entrepreneurship.
We are operators first: our intent is to buy one business, move into it, and build upon the foundations set by the previous owner. We're not doing this to engineer a quick exit.
Two operators, one acquisition thesis: find a durable, founder-built business and run it ourselves for the long-term — not flip it. We want to keep and expand the legacy of the business we buy so that it continues to be a reference for the communities it serves.
